Lance Allen's Biography

Lance Allen is a 2007 graduate from Bethany College with a degree in Health and Wellness. Lance is originally from Smith Center, Kansas and is the third oldest of four children. Lance's background is built around fitness training. Lance is a certified fitness trainer by the ISSA and trained for McPherson Athletic Club in McPherson, Kansas for one and a half years. Lance then moved to Topeka, Kansas in January 2008 to work at Pinnacle Gym and Fitness. Lance has also managed a GNC since April 2008.

Lance began training with Brandon around 2004. Lance started to workout specifically towards his first bodybuilding contest in April, 2008. Lance's first contest was the Gold's Classic in September, 2008 in Kansas City, Kansas. Lance placed 5th in the middle weight division. Lance's second contest, was the NPC Kansas State Bodybuilding Championships in October, 2008 in Topeka, Kansas. Lance placed first in both Novice Lightweight and Open Lightweight. Lance plans on competing again in October 2009.
