Personal Training is an in-depth program that is available for those individuals that wish to take that extra step toward reaching their fitness goals. Each person will have a personal trainer dedicated to them that will help them track not only their progress within the gym, but also outside the gym by helping them establish good eating habits through a well-rounded diet. There are different packages available depending on the member’s goal and personal schedule. Pinnacle Gym also specializes in partner training, where two people are able to receive the benefits of a trainer’s expertise at the same time! Partners must have common goal and strength level.
