Personal Training is an in-depth program that is available for those individuals that wish to take that extra step toward reaching their fitness goals. Trainers are great at monitoring progress and tweaking programs to obtain the desired outcome. There are different pricing options available depending on the member’s goal and personal schedule. Of important note is that diet consultation and development is also available at an additional cost. Pinnacle Gym and Fitness highly recommends this service because a person’s diet is a critical success determining factor.

* Pinnacle Gym and Fitness will attempt to schedule a member’s personal training sessions at least one week in advance. Ideally, we prefer to sit down with each member and get all of their sessions mapped out for the entire training period but we do realize that this may be difficult in certain cases. Members are required to notify Pinnacle Gym and Fitness at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a previously scheduled session. If the session is not able to be re-scheduled, no refunds will be given. Pinnacle Gym and Fitness is centered on the belief that consistency leads to success!
